Q. Is it for Christians or non Christians?
A. Both, Armageddon
Alive is designed to attract everybody from those just wanting to have a
mind-blowing family day out and maybe learn a bit about the End
Times in the process,
to committed Pre-Millennialists who want to be scared out of their wits.
Q. How can you combine the seriousness of the subject
matter with a fun day out?
A. It's all in the planning and
design! The book of Revelation (and to some extent the visions of Daniel) has a lot of fun material to work with.
Think of the Whore of Babylon, the Pale Rider and the plagues.
All these and more can entertain the
family, and as parents deal with sleepless nights caused by their children
experiencing recurring nightmares, there will be ample opportunity
to witness and cajole the youngsters into attending church! The
park will be designed with numerous confessional boxes so that people can take a
break from the apocalypse unfolding around them and seek solace for
their troubled souls.
Q. Isn't £144 million a lot of money to spend on one
project when there are so many other worthy causes?
A. Yes it
is.
Q. Have you considered making Armageddon Alive multi
faith?
A. Yes, and the answer is No.
Q.
How will you deal with other faiths?
A. Armageddon Alive will
not only have
exhibits explaining how misguided other faiths are, but also teams of
trained evangelists who will tour the park area with banners and
handing out evangelical tracts. It is
important for everyone to learn how their own faith may be false, in order to
turn to the true church and salvation.
Some other faiths do agree on the
apocalyptic visions of the Old Testament section of
the Bible, but discount the signs of Revelation at the close of the New
Testament. Such people are not saved and will not experience
the Rapture, since visitors to that particular Ride will be
subjected to an orthodoxy test beforehand.
Q. What
denomination will Armageddon Alive follow?
A. Armageddon Alive will be
non-denominational. However, in its concept it is allied strongly to
the evangelical fundamentalist movement within the church.
Q. If somebody comes and are moved by
what they see, what happens then, do they just go away?
A. We
will have counsellors to guide them and direct them to a local church
which follows our creed. |
